Systems Administrator I (NMCI Service Representative)

Minimum Education: N/A

Minimum Experience: Experience interfacing with business IT users. An individual shall have experience with IT service desk workflows and supporting applications, including ticket management tools. Experience in asset management, logistics, asset distribution, inventory management systems, data entry, and Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Location: full on-site, Philadelphia, PA.


Applicant must be a US citizen, hold an active DoD Secret security clearance, and have a minimum IAT Level I certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) or Security+.
