Serve as a Systems Engineer - Intermediate and provide coverage for swim lane tasks primarily considered in alignment with Task 2.4.3 - Video Conferencing And Phone Support related activities to Support Government And Public Services Sector Clients with Tier 1 and Tier 2 video and phone systems troubleshooting.
