Job description

New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.

This is a Full-Time position (60 hours per pay period) with a 10-hour varied Night shift and requires flexibility in scheduling throughout the week, including every 3rd weekend, holidays, and participate in on-call rotation with staff. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

  • New Graduates (Must have 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
  • Must remain in original department/specialty
  • Must remain in original Job Title
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications

  • CRT
  • Fluoro Eligible (Must obtain Fluoro within 6 months of hire date)
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARRT
  • C-Arm experience
  • Portables experience
  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
