Position: Pre Litigation PI Attorney - Nevada
Location: Las Vegas, NV Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time

A well-established plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful cases, advocate for injured clients, and collaborate with an experienced legal team in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Conduct case investigations to determine liability and damages
• Draft and prepare legal documents related to pre-litigation matters
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide strong client service
Requirements
• Active Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Proven ability to manage cases and achieve positive outcomes for clients
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, legal assistants, and staff
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
