JOB DETAILS
Restaurant Depot. a national wholesale restaurant supplier is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Night Manager for our Anaheim, CA location. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the store's night crew team.
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise team of retail workers
  2. Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  3. Train and evaluate employees

Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
  2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent written and communication skills
  4. Strong leadership qualities
  5. Preferred candidate should have minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar level capacity in a high volume retail or big box environment. Must be a multi-tasking individual with excellent communication skills with knowledge in the areas of inventory control, P and L, budgeting, merchandising, employee development, recruitment, and human resource-related issues. Must be a self-starter and able to manage a large staff (25+). Food service knowledge a big plus. Customer Service skills are essential in this position as you will be interacting with business customers throughout the day. We are a wholesale operation and not open to the public. Salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits, and 401 k plan.
