• Coordinate media transfer, transit, and delivery workflows across internal teams and external vendors/post houses using enterprise tools (e.g., Signiant/Media Shuttle, Aspera)

• Serve as the first point of contact for cross-brand client groups for media needs, archive/retrieval, and workflow troubleshooting
• Maintain and audit reference data supporting media operations, such as personnel/location directories and workflow documentation
• Manage a team of media coordinators, including scheduling, time-off and overtime approvals, training, and client communication
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in media management, post-production operations, or media infrastructure/IT roles supporting production, with prior coordinator-level experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing storage systems, Active Directory security groups, and access provisioning in a production or enterprise media environment
• Strong working knowledge of editorial workflows, media formats/codecs, and professional editing platforms (Avid, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience with cloud storage platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI), enterprise file transfer systems (Signiant/Media Shuttle, Aspera), and MAM/DAM or archive systems
• Basic understanding of live and near-live production and streaming ingest workflows
• Ability to make and own operational decisions for the betterment of clients, balancing the team's ability to support those decisions
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with experience supporting multiple brands, productions, and stakeholder groups simultaneously
• Willingness to travel and support on-site production workflows as needed, including off-hours coverage
• Experience managing a team
