About Swish Breaks

Swish Breaks is a team of dedicated sports enthusiasts who are passionate about everything sports related! We operate in the E-commerce and live streaming business, focusing on the NFL, NBA, MLB, Pokemon + Entertainment Markets. Our goal is to provide top-tier sports experiences for our customers in New York, NY.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Analyst role at Swish Breaks in New York, NY, with a focus on our Pokรฉmon trading card vertical. You'll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly โ€” from inventory and logistics to order fulfillment and process improvement. You'll work closely with senior management to build and optimize the systems that power our Pokรฉmon business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment specifically for Pokรฉmon card products

  • Monitor market trends, card valuations, and product demand within the Pokรฉmon TCG space

  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics

  • Partner with senior leadership on process improvement and scaling initiatives

  • Help develop SOPs and playbooks as we continue to grow

Qualifications
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or a related field

  • Knowledge of the Pokรฉmon TCG market โ€” understanding of card grading, set releases, and pricing is a strong plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other tools (Shopify, Airtable, etc.) is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Must be based in or able to commute to NYC
