This role is ideal for someone with a passion for identifying visual inconsistencies, usability issues, and software defects before they reach our clients. You have an exceptional eye for design, notice the smallest details, and enjoy methodically testing software from the perspective of the end user.
While a technical background is helpful, this is primarily a manual QA role. We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a polished user experience. Training will be provided on our products and testing processes.
Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of mobile applications, websites and OTT platform.
  • Identify, document, and reproduce software defects with clear, detailed bug reports.
  • Review user interfaces for visual consistency, layout issues, spacing, typography, color usage, and branding compliance.
  • Evaluate user experience (UX) and identify opportunities to improve usability and navigation.
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing prior to releases.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test plans for mobile applications, websites, and digital platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser/device testing.
  • Validate new features against product requirements and design specifications.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and Helpdesk teams to communicate issues and recommend improvements.
  • Prioritize issues based on user impact and severity.
  • Respond to fan support emails by investigating reported mobile app issues, reproducing problems, identifying root causes, and providing timely, professional resolutions to deliver an exceptional fan experience.
  • Participate in release readiness reviews and quality signoff.
