Job Description

We are seeking an Educational Content Production Specialist to support the creation, production, and maintenance of instructional video and photo content. This role is focused on efficient execution, high-volume content production, and ongoing content updates to support evolving educational programs and product experiences.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established production workflows. They enjoy creating polished content at scale, managing multiple asset versions, and ensuring educational materials remain accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Content Production

  • Produce and edit instructional video and photo content for educational and learning initiatives.
  • Execute content creation tasks across multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver production-ready assets for publication and distribution.
  • Support filming, editing, asset management, color correction, color grading, and post-production activities as needed.
  • Work with existing storyboards and creative direction to translate concepts into effective educational content and finished production assets.

Content Versioning & Scaling

  • Create and manage multiple content variations across formats, audiences, products, or channels.
  • Efficiently update existing content to reflect product changes, feature enhancements, and educational needs.
  • Maintain consistency across content libraries while supporting high-volume production requirements.
  • Ensure assets adhere to established brand, design, and educational standards.

Workflow Execution

  • Follow established production processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and throughput.
  • Collaborate with designers, educators, content creators, and cross-functional partners to meet project deadlines.
  • Track deliverables and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Utilize content creation, collaboration, and project management tools to support production workflows and asset organization.

Quality Assurance

  • Review content for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail before publication.
  • Ensure educational content remains current as products, platforms, and learning materials evolve.
  • Support ongoing content maintenance and updates across existing educational resources.
Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in video production, video editing, and/or photo production.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard editing and production software, including DaVinci Resolve Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with color correction and color grading.
  • Proficiency with modern content creation and collaboration tools, including Google AI Studio, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Miro, Figma, Airtable, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to work efficiently within established processes and production guidelines.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent updates and revisions.
  • Ability to interpret and execute against existing storyboards and creative briefs.

Preferred

  • Experience creating instructional, educational, or training content.
  • Familiarity with content versioning and large-scale asset management.
  • Understanding of visual storytelling and educational content best practices.
  • Experience supporting content libraries that require ongoing maintenance and updates.

  • Portfolio submission is required and should include examples of  relevant video production, editing, photography, post-production, and content creation work. Examples demonstrating instructional content, storytelling, motion graphics, color grading, or educational content are highly encouraged.
