Working hours

Mon โ€“ Friday 8am - 5pm local time. Afterhours may be needed based on client needs. โ€ฏโ€ฏ

Location requirements

  • West Coast, USโ€ฏ| Strong preference for candidates based in Southern California
  • Remote/hybrid withโ€ฏup to 50% travelโ€ฏto client sites across the western region


Who you are

You are aโ€ฏcareer hunter. You don't wait for leads to come to you โ€” you go get them. You bring:

  • 5+ yearsโ€ฏof IT sales experience with a proven track record of bringing inโ€ฏnew logosโ€ฏand exceeding quota
  • Deep knowledge ofโ€ฏmanaged services, cloud, and cybersecurityโ€ฏsolutions
  • The ability to confidently engageโ€ฏtechnical and executive-level stakeholders
  • A disciplined, data-driven approach toโ€ฏpipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience navigatingโ€ฏcomplex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience (advanced certifications are a plus)

You know how to:โ€ฏ

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth within assigned territories or verticals.
    • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and ensure successful deal closure.
    • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create customized presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
    • Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities, providing regular forecasts and updates to leadership.
    • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.

Pay and Benefits:โ€ฏโ€ฏ

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: The expected OTE for this role is ~$160,000 - $220,000, On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base salary + sales incentives/commissions), less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Companyโ€™s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure (for existing employees) skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.โ€ฏ Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of the scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates. โ€ฏ
