Job Description:

We areseekinga highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Planner. The NPI Planner will play a critical role in the successful launch of new products, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams andtimelyexecution of key milestones throughout the product developmentlifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to develop and execute comprehensive NPI plans for new products.

  • Create andmaintaindetailed project schedules, timelines, and critical path analyses to track progress andidentifypotential bottlenecks or risks.

  • Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors to ensuretimelydelivery of components and materialsrequiredfor NPI activities.

  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to review project progress, address issues, and provide updates on key milestones.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives tooptimizeNPI processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners tofacilitateeffective communication and alignment on NPI priorities and deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the NPI process.

This position will adhere to the Battle Motors Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Supervisor immediately.
