Job description

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Project Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area. This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for delivering new product development programs on schedule, on budget, and achieve sales targets.
  • The candidate will develop project schedules, facilitate team meetings, identify and fill resource gaps, remove obstacles to achieving project goals, and hold team accountable for completing activities timely. Additional responsibilities are described below.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design, through development, to implementation and post-launch support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Prepare project schedules and confer with all team members to drive progress toward milestones.
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, sourcing, operations, product management, sales, and other stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Experience in Project Management, with a focus on supporting new product development projects.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and stay organized
  • Preferred experience with engineered systems or products.
