About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our enterprise Maximo programspanning technology, operations, vendor engagement and finance engagement. This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can confidently drive outcomes across IBM, hardware vendors, and internal business partners.
Accountable for program delivery, roadmap execution, vendor performance, and alignment with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
710+ years of experience in program management within enterprise technology
Demonstrated success managing large vendors (IBM experience strongly preferred)
Experience with Maximo, EAM platforms, or ERP\'adjacent systems
Strong financial literacy and comfort working with Finance/Accounting teams
Proven ability to operate in matrixed organizations with multiple executive stakeholders
High resilience, persistence, and ability to navigate friction with vendors or internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience overseeing hardware vendor management
Background in asset management, maintenance operations, or enterprise systems
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership Own the Maximo program roadmap, delivery cadence, and cross\'functional coordination across IT, business operations, and Finance/Accounting.
Vendor Engagement Participate in day\'to\'day engagement with IBM and the hardware vendor. Drive accountability, track deliverables, escalate effectively, and track that SLAs are met.
Financial Engagement Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance, cost transparency, forecasting accuracy, and alignment with audit and control requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships across business and IT. Collaborate closely with business program manager, ensuring unified communication and decision\'making.
Risk & Issue Management Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and maintain program health dashboards/ RAID/
Program summary:
Retail Warranty Bill Back- capturing, tracking, and recovering costs associated with asset warranty and service activities across retail environment
Corporate Coordinated Model- establish a centralized / coordinated operating model across multiple business areas using Maximo-related capabilities.
