Sales Experience - Must have recently demonstrated success in either Retail, Car Sales, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality or New Home sales.
Self-Motivated, and coachable with an enthusiasm to learn and be trained.
Desire for personal development and to follow proven training program.
Excllent communication skills with an ability to follow a proven sales path, manage objections and ask for the sale.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Good listening skills, integrity and a strong work ethic.
Creative writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to write professional emails.
Follow up daily with the ability to use the company CRM daily, with email, text, and phone to follow up make appointments and sales.
Willingness to work weekends in a model home and be available for Grand Openings and Sales events.
Desire to maintain the model home(s) in pristine condition and maintain the company's high standards in the community with signage and appearance.
Participate in Realtor outreach and help drive qualified sales traffic to make sales.
