Our client supports their team of experienced New Homes Consultants to turn the dreams of customers into reality. With continued growth underway in Huntsville, we are seeking driven, resourceful agents to join our rapidly expanding team.

Job Description

New Homes Consultants turn potential homebuyers into homeowners. NHCs are responsible for generating referrals, prospecting leads, and cultivating relationships with Realtors, brokers, and other potential referral sources in the community. Agents are highly supported by leadership and internal teams to optimize each person's success.

We're looking for motivated salespeople who thrive in a culture where they can take ownership, work hard, and make lots of money!

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Guide customers through the home buying process, striving to exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Actively use the CRM system to implement marketing initiatives and to keep in touch with prospective buyers and referral sources
  • Showcase model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites
  • Master every detail of your community, including home sites, floor plans, and amenities
  • Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
  • Collaborate with teammates, including other NHCs, online sales and the marketing team
  • Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, brokers, lenders, businesses, and other sources of buyer referrals

Please note that our model homes are open when buyers are shopping. Working on weekends is required, and two consecutive days off will be given on weekdays.

Qualifications
  • Licensed real estate agent in the state of Alabama; applicants currently pursuing their license are encouraged to apply
  • 3+ years of commissioned sales experience is preferred
  • Proven metrics and sales results (for example, percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards, quantifiable accomplishments)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong team collaborator
  • Willing and available to work weekends
