POSITION: Talent Acquisition Associate 

LOCATION: Remote (must reside in New York State)

STATUS: Part-time or Full-time

SUMMARY: M3 Placement and Partnership, a growing outsourced recruitment and direct search firm, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with candidates and clients to guarantee great matches and exceptional, and efficient service. The TAA will be responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews, presenting candidates to clients, and tracking the hiring progress.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with great communication skills who enjoy working with people and delivering quality customer service.

Background in Human Resources, Sales, Human Services is a plus but is not required.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants to identify top talent, matching the position’s qualifications.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop compelling candidate presentations for clients (in person or virtual)
  • Optimize job descriptions for optimal visibility on job boards.
  • Complete reference checks, facilitate background screening, and support onboarding activities as needed.
  • Research new industries and job functions to guarantee exceptional client/candidate matches
  • Leverage digital tools, including Microsoft Office and various Applicant Tracking Systems, to track candidate progress, increase efficiency, and enhance service
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service
  • Actively source talent through multiple channels (social media, job boards, networking, colleges, and events)
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on growth, innovation, and exceptional service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One year of experience in staffing, human resources, sales, human services or customer service industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Confidence managing high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ATS systems, Indeed, and LinkedIn preferred
