You’ll play a key role in keeping our network secure, reliable, and scalable, across a rapidly growing organization with 80 sites and nearly 8,000 employees worldwide. This is a fully remote role, but your work will have a very real, hands-on impact on large-scale production environments.

If you enjoy solving complex network problems, supporting distributed environments, and working with modern networking and security platforms, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do
  • Deploy, configure, and support HPE Aruba-based enterprise switching and wireless networks
  • Manage network access control and policy enforcement using ClearPass Policy Manager
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls and security policies
  • Support SD-WAN connectivity using Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN
  • Support network operations across 80+ sites and a rapidly expanding footprint
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues (latency, packet loss, wireless interference, outages)
  • Monitor network health, performance, and security events
  • Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and new site deployments
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed
  • Occasional travel (estimated 10–20%) to support new site openings, network hardware upgrades, or critical incidents

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in network administration, engineering, or analysis
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise switching and wireless
  • Experience managing firewall policies and network security controls
  • Experience supporting SD-WAN environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable supporting distributed, multi-site environments

Preferred:

  • Experience with Aruba Networks switching and wireless
  • Experience with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager
  • Experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls
  • Experience with Palo Alto Networks Prisma SD-WAN
  • Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto certifications
  • Experience in fast-growing or large enterprise environments
  • Automation or scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Fully remote role with flexibility
  • Opportunity to support a large-scale, growing network environment
  • Exposure to modern networking and security platforms
  • Professional development and certification support
  • Collaborative, no-ego team culture
