Your mission
Leading the Hiab USA Service business through indirect channels according to Hiab strategy and our customers' needs. Accountable for the spare parts and aftermarket accessories business in the US market, as well as the adoption and sales of the full Hiab service portfolio, including service contracts and digital products, through partners.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop and continuously review and improve the service dealer/ partner network to support Hiab customers across all Hiab products
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and growing parts and accessory sales for all Hiab products in the US market
  • Adoption and sales of service contracts, digital products, and other services products through dealers/partners according to Hiab's strategy
  • Dealer and partner onboarding and performance management, including dealer operating standard implementation, measurement, and audit process
  • Managing dealer Services agreements and renewal process in collaboration with legal and equipment sales teams
  • Identify and execute on aftermarket growth and sales opportunities through indirect channels for all products utilizing install base data and digital tool insights
  • Coordinate with Services and Commercial Excellence to manage indirect service offering pricing, including parts and accessories, and partner discount and incentive structures

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Certificate preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry
  • Experience with growing service sales through dealer network
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Experience in managing and optimizing distribution channels
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Approximately 50% travel required
