Job description

Objetivos del Puesto: Brindar apoyo al Supervisor de Técnicos de Arcade en la coordinación, supervisión y seguimiento de las labores del personal técnico, asegurando que el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las máquinas de arcade se realice de manera eficiente, segura y dentro de los estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa.
Grado Académico: Grado Asociado o estudios técnicos en Electrónica, Electricidad, Mecánica Industrial, Tecnología o áreas relacionadas. Se podrá considerar experiencia equivalente.
Experiencia: 
  • Mínimo de dos (2) años de experiencia en reparación y mantenimiento de equipos electrónicos, máquinas de arcade, equipos recreativos o similares.
Requisitos Mínimos: 
  • Bilingüe (inglés-español).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y horarios alternos.
  • Tener experiencia previa en área de liderazgo y/o supervisión.
Funciones del Puesto:
  • Apoyar al Supervisor en la coordinación diaria de las tareas asignadas al equipo técnico.
  • Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento preventivo y auditorias de seguridad (hojas de cotejo).
  • Verificar que las reparaciones realizadas cumplan con los estándares de calidad de la empresa.
  • Colaborar en la distribución de órdenes de trabajo y en la asignación de prioridades.
  • Supervisar el uso adecuado de herramientas, equipos y materiales de trabajo.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con los técnicos para atender situaciones operacionales y brindar apoyo cuando sea necesario.
  • Preparar informes sobre trabajos realizados, equipos fuera de servicio y necesidades de reparación.
  • Llevar control del inventario de piezas, herramientas y materiales utilizados por el departamento técnico.
  • Informar al Supervisor sobre situaciones que puedan afectar la continuidad de las operaciones.
  • Apoyar en el adiestramiento y orientación de técnicos de nuevo ingreso.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad ocupacional y de las políticas de la empresa.
  • Atender situaciones de emergencia relacionadas con averías en las máquinas de arcade cuando sea requerido.
  • Sustituir al Supervisor durante ausencias temporeras, asegurando la continuidad de las operaciones.
  • Mantener y reparar equipos tecnológicos (computadoras y resolución de problemas en general).
  • Ofrecer soporte técnico oportuno y enseñar a los usuarios como utilizar las computadoras correctamente.
  • Instalar y administrar computadoras de escritorio y portátiles, servidore, redes, teléfonos celulares, tabletas y otros componentes críticos de la infraestructura de IT.
  • Realizar cualquier otra tarea relacionada con el puesto que le sea asignada por la gerencia.
