Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $96,430-$127,772.40. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Senior Desktop & Network Support Analyst!

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Endpoint Support Analyst with proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Apple Management (JAMF), Ansible Tower, and Cisco network environments, as well as PC hardware. The selected candidate will become an integral member of a high-performing, cross-functional team with minimal supervision dedicated to supporting over 3,000 client computers, printers, and mobile devices across 19 offices in six countries. The ideal professional for this position will demonstrate approachability, accessibility, and a sincere commitment to empowering end-users to maximize their technology experience. Exhibiting both professionalism and a strong sense of urgency, the successful candidate will balance technical proficiency with empathy and patience, excelling in communication, prioritization, and people-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Endpoint environments with 3000+ devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Proven expertise in managing OS, iOS, Linux imaging, patching, and automated software deployment processes to streamline device lifecycle operations.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Linux, or similar tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience implementing and supporting endpoint security technologies (BitLocker/FileVault, EDR/AV, MFA, vulnerability management).
  • Provide expert support for hybrid and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
  • Lead complex technical projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Endpoint management best practices.
  • Respond to high-priority incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Endpoint Support strategies with organizational goals and compliance requirements

What you'll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in PowerShell and scripting practices.
  • Proficient in knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Intune.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Intune MDM\MDA.
  • Proficient in VMware vSphere technologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Expertise in configuring and supporting Windows/Linux/MacOS/JAMF and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and skilled at empowering a highly collaborative team.
