Location: Franklin, WI - NEED TO BE ONSITE FROM DECEMBER 1st WEEK
Duration: Fulltime Permanent Employment
Must-Have: Routing, Switching, Troubleshooting Exp with CISCO/Juniper, F5, MPLS, SDWAN Skills are MUST.
The Network Operation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the maximum possible service availability and performance for client Network Infrastructure.
The Engineer is responsible for mitigating risks, advance troubleshooting, and schedule changes for large-scale improvements in the network. The professionals conduct analytical tasks such as hardware and software design and implementation using various facility equipment. They manage and monitor complex networks and support network infrastructure. The Network Operations Engineer manages the logistic components of the network, including the installation of carrier circuits and equipment delivery.
The professional resolves complex network issues in production and customer environments. They assist in building network infrastructure for new setups. The Operations Engineer supports Network Operational issues such as vendor escalation. The Network Operations Engineer should make sure the Data Center Locks are working as designed and also take care of the Data Center logs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • CCNP/CCIE certified or equivalent level of knowledge.
  • Must provide stable and reliable network services
  • Monitor the network performance on a daily basis
  • Troubleshoot the network and rectify the hardware faults
  • Install and maintain the network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools
  • Be quick to respond and escalate the tickets
  • Apply the configuration changes through the change control systems and processes
  • Support and maintain the data center networks
  • Work in collaboration with the network engineering teams
  • Identify and resolve the frequent network issues
  • Roll out innovative ideas that can help in reducing the network problems
  • Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in working on network equipment in an ISP environment, a large NOC, or other such company associated with networking.
  • Basic understanding of the following technologies: IP protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP); IP filtering and firewalling; Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS); Quality of Service; MPLS; Ethernet (1q VLANs, QinQ, VXLAN, SDN.
  • Basic understanding of AAA platforms such as Radius and/or TACACS.
  • Experience with Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Cisco, Adva, Palo Alto, Infoblox, F5 are relevant.
  • Familiar working in a data center environment.
  • Able to analyze problems and conduct effective fault diagnosis and system recovery.
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal).
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing own workload.

MUST-HAVES:
  • Extensive Network Experience and Understanding of Network Troubleshooting in Medium to Large Scale Networks.
  • The individual must have good knowledge of IP filtering, firewalls, and routing protocols.
  • Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto/Arista/Aruba certification is highly desired.
  • CCNP/CCIE/JNCIA/JNCIE certified or equivalent level of knowledge.
