•Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, track, and clearly communicate complex technical issues across a wide range of infrastructure hardware, operating systems, software, and platforms. •Perform proactive maintenance and continuous improvement through monitoring, analysis, and remediation of network connectivity and performance. •Install, configure, and administer enterprise network infrastructure including core and layer 3 switching, routers, VOIP communications, firewalls, wireless infrastructure and cloud-based services. •Operate with a high degree of autonomy, effectively prioritizing work while coordinating with management, departmental staff, users, and vendors when collaboration is required. •Assist in network equipment selection, services design, and implementation strategies that support scalability, resilience, and long-term organizational growth. •Leverage security tools to identify, investigate, and remediate vulnerabilities within the network infrastructure. •Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend security enhancements and system upgrades that strengthen reliability and reduce operational risk. •The Network Administrator is expected to provide off-hours support as needed to ensure network reliability and business continuity.
