Location : Olathe, KS /Wilton, CT / San Diego, CA
12 - 15 years of experience
Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Strong hands-on and troubleshooting experience on Cisco ACI, SDA Fabric, Palo Alto Firewalls, Wireless (must have skill)
  • Strong hands-on Routing (Cisco OSPF, BGP) and Switching (Cisco Nexus, and Stack switches),
  • Experience in investigating and troubleshooting Wireless (Cisco WLC) issues
  • Strong hands-on skills in deploying and managing Palo Alto Firewalls and adding/removing Panaroma
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
  • Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets.
  • Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
  • Understanding Network supports priorities and objectives and takes an active role in accomplishing them.
  • Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address Network related issues.
  • Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
