Location: Wichita, KS (no relocation assistance)
Standard Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities to support maintenance activities, infrastructure changes, and high-priority operational issues.
Are you a technically strong Network Administrator who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and solving complex infrastructure challenges? We are seeking an experienced professional who brings deep expertise in network architecture and advanced concepts to help safeguard business continuity and deliver high-quality, reliable network services across critical manufacturing environments.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates confidently with minimal oversight, and understands the real-world impact that resilient, well-designed networks have on operational uptime, quality of service, and the business.
Why Work With Us?
You'll join a dedicated, technically capable team that values strong engineering discipline, thoughtful design, and doing things the right way. We believe in empowering our technical professionals to make meaningful decisions and continuously improve the infrastructure they own.
  • Competitive wages, referral bonuses, comprehensive benefits, profit sharing, and 401K
  • A collaborative, team-focused environment where technical excellence and pride in workmanship are valued
  • Opportunities to grow your skills, expand your influence, and advance your career while working on impactful, enterprise-grade systems

What You'll Do
As a Network Administrator, you will play a critical role in designing, maintaining, and evolving the organization's network infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security. Your work will directly support business continuity and consistent quality of service across manufacturing and enterprise operations.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, track, and clearly communicate complex technical issues across a wide range of infrastructure hardware, operating systems, software, and platforms.
  • Perform proactive maintenance and continuous improvement through monitoring, analysis, and remediation of network connectivity and performance.
  • Install, configure, and administer enterprise network infrastructure including core and layer 3 switching, routers, VOIP communications, firewalls, wireless infrastructure and cloud-based services.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, effectively prioritizing work while coordinating with management, departmental staff, users, and vendors when collaboration is required.
  • Assist in network equipment selection, services design, and implementation strategies that support scalability, resilience, and long-term organizational growth.
  • Leverage security tools to identify, investigate, and remediate vulnerabilities within the network infrastructure.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend security enhancements and system upgrades that strengthen reliability and reduce operational risk.
  • The Network Administrator is expected to provide off-hours support as needed to ensure network reliability and business continuity.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a technically confident professional who combines strong hands-on experience with sound judgment and a sense of ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or professional training in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Layer 3 switching, routing, VoIP, wireless infrastructure, network security principles, Microsoft network services and associated management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed technical decisions, and take accountability for outcomes.
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNE, MCSE.

The Opportunity
This role offers more than day-to-day network administration. You'll have the opportunity to influence architecture decisions, improve resiliency, and directly contribute to the stability and quality of service that the business depends on. If you value technical depth, autonomy, and working alongside peers who care deeply about their craft, we'd like to hear from you.
Apply today and take the next step in your career.
