Job Description

Position Name: Network Operations Tech II
Status: Open
Scope of Work: The Network Operations tech II position has primary responsibility for delivering capacity and connectivity for rapidly growing wireless and wireline networks.

  Functional responsibilities include capacity analysis, forecasting, and physical layer testing, but may expand to include other service delivery related activities.

The incumbent will have primary responsibility for the delivery of standard TDM access and Ethernet facilities in support of Ericsson's Access, EVDO, and Customer Delivery portfolios. Responsible for delivery from a workforce and management team in an international supply chain.

Qualified applicants for this position will demonstrate the following skills and traits:

  • Strong background in service delivery Familiarity with networking, TDM, Ethernet, and backhaul planning Experience with provisioning, forecasting and/or capacity management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in international supply chain delivery models Must be able to understand processes and procedures, Microsoft Suite, and Telecom background is preferred.
