Job Description Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager Location: Phoenix, Arizona Job Type: Contract-to-hire (6 - 12 months) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and deliver critical infrastructure projects in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise in infrastructure systems, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. This is a contract position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects adhere to established timelines and financial constraints. - Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential obstacles and challenges. - Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards related to infrastructure projects.

- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners. - Conduct post-project evaluations and provide insights for continuous improvement and future projects. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure systems, including networking, data centers, cloud services, and telecommunications. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
