- Direct and motivate a team of network engineer professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to protect our clients' network infrastructure.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop network engineer staff: Identify, assess, and hire top-tier network talent, providing comprehensive training and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network security devices, including but not limited to Barracuda, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks
- Set measurable targets and deadlines for the team, aligning their efforts with the organization's overall cybersecurity objectives.
- Possess a proactive and innovative approach to network security management, seeking opportunities to optimize resource allocation and enhance profitability.
- Make informed choices that align with the organization's financial goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify cost-saving measures, optimize resource utilization, and maximize ROI.
