  • Market Strategy: Facilitate the execution of market-specific network strategic plans that deliver a highly aligned and performing provider network

Operational Excellence & Relationship Management

  • Onboarding & Training: Guide partners from initial training on plan policies and technology (e.g., Provider Portal) through ongoing engagement
  • Performance Optimization: Establish strong, trusted relationships with contracted partners, leading Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings when appropriate to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance

  • Internal Partnerships: Build collaborative relationships with Clinical Operations, Utilization Management, Claims, and PACE Center Leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow integration
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the assigned provider network

Job requirements include:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in provider relations field work; experience in a managed care organization preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in providing service to providers and partners
  • Proven experience building trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and delivering a service-centric experience
  • Ability to travel to WelbeHealth markets as needed

We are seeking a Provider Network Management Associate that ideally has experience working in a managed care organization. If you're ready to join a team that values both its participants and team members, we'd love to hear from you!
