Manager, Network Engineering (Global)

Leads and manages a globally distributed network engineering team (6+ members) across Europe, the USA, Canada, and Australia. Responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of secure, scalable network infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and data centre environments.

This hands-on role combines technical leadership with people management, overseeing routing and switching (BGP, OSPF), VPN technologies (IPsec/SSL), firewalls, and network segmentation. Drives network security initiatives such as zero trust architecture, threat mitigation, and compliance with industry standards. Ensures high availability, performance, and resilience through monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement of network services.
