ERP Program Lead (NetSuite SME)

Location: Caldwell, ID (Southwest Idaho)

Work Arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid - Minimum 4 days per week onsite

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Lead (NetSuite SME) to serve as the primary subject matter expert for the organization's NetSuite ERP environment. This individual will lead ERP optimization efforts, business process improvements, system integrations, and transformation initiatives across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong NetSuite expertise, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and the ability to partner with third-party consultants to drive continuous improvement and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary NetSuite ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Lead ERP enhancement, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to identify and address process inefficiencies.

Design and implement future-state ERP solutions that improve operational performance and scalability.

Lead ERP-related projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.

Manage and coordinate external ERP consultants and vendors.

Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, including CRM and product configurator platforms.

Develop workflows, process documentation, and recommendations for system improvements.

Provide guidance and support to ERP users and internal teams.

Communicate project status, risks, priorities, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure ERP processes align with business objectives and support long-term growth.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, administration, or enterprise systems leadership.

Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.

Proven track record leading ERP projects and business process improvement initiatives.

Experience with ERP integrations, data flows, and third-party applications.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within a manufacturing environment.

Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM platforms and product configurator systems.

Knowledge of MRP, supply chain, inventory management, and production planning processes.

Experience with ERP automation, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

Key Requirements

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Southwest Idaho.

Ability to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.

Comfortable working directly with business leaders, stakeholders, and external ERP consulting partners.

Capable of driving ERP transformation initiatives from current-state processes to future-state solutions.
