Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead NetSuite implementation transition, stabilization, support, release management, UAT, and post-go-live issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x including User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, Suitelet, and Client Scripts.
  • Own integrations between Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart, and NetSuite OneWorld using REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, Celigo, Boomi, or custom iPaaS.
  • Design multi-subsidiary order consolidation, subsidiary/entity mapping, intercompany transactions, currency, tax, fulfillment, inventory, returns, and reconciliation processes.
  • Configure NetSuite workflows, Saved Searches, reports, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Operations, and Manufacturing teams across purchasing, receiving, inventory, AP/AR, 3-way match, and reporting.
  • Manage implementation partners and consultants while driving governance for enhancements, defects, access control, master data, documentation, and change management.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in NetSuite, ERP, enterprise applications, business systems, or systems consulting.
  • Strong hands-on SuiteScript 2.x / ES6 development experience.
  • Proven experience integrating B2C/e-commerce platforms with NetSuite.
  • Hands-on NetSuite OneWorld experience, including multi-subsidiary and intercompany transactions.
  • Experience in manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, warehouse, robotics, or high-volume e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, AP/AR, 3-way match, and reporting.
  • Experience with RF-Smart, WMS, MES, QMS, source-to-pay, or related integrations is preferred.
  • Strong UAT, release management, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder management, and vendor-management skills.
  • Knowledge of SOX controls, access governance, change control, and audit requirements.
  • Comfortable working onsite with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
