Job Purpose
The Assembler Manufacturing - temp supports ROMTech's production operations by assembling subassemblies and components used in medical devices within a team-based manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are built in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), contributing to safe, compliant, and efficient production processes that support ROMTech's business objectives and patient care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties
  • Assemble subassemblies and components in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings
  • Read, interpret, and follow assembly instructions and documentation accurately
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete builds
  • Position and align parts manually or with hoists, fixtures, or other aids
  • Interface with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) to log assembly transactions and track work
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures, GMP requirements, and manufacturing protocols
  • Collaborate with inventory control, quality assurance, leads, and supervisors as needed
  • Stand for extended periods and safely handle materials during full production shifts
Other Functions
  • Participate in training sessions and apply learned skills on the production floor
  • Assist with inventory handling or movement of materials using appropriate equipment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support operational and business needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
