Senior ERP Business Analyst
Onsite | Minneapolis, MN

This job is responsible for all aspects of ERP development and support for company users. This includes maintaining and troubleshooting existing NetSuite custom scripts and building new custom scripts as warranted by business requirements. This job is also responsible for the maintenance and support of all third-party integrations with NetSuite that use both SOAP and REST API methodologies. This job also designs and implements NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and custom records/fields in addition to providing general technical and application support for all issues related to NetSuite.
Position Duties:
  • Use discretionary judgement within known parameters to create, test, install, maintain, and support basic to moderately complex ERP solutions for end users.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support services for all NetSuite integrations.
  • Provide support for small to large-scale IT projects as needed.
  • Provide individual and/or group training to end users on new or updated technologies.
  • Assist in the review, evaluation and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates; may maintain, and input applicable records such as, but not limited to, network users, security, and tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, virtual/in-person training and attendance of educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, networking and participation in professional industry groups.
  • Ensuring data flows and connectivity between and availability of ERP services.
  • Addressing and managing ERP security and operational risks.
  • Ensures that ERP services are available and operating at peak efficiency.
  • Safeguards company information assets and ensure compliance with industry security standards and protocols

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or equivalent discipline with eight or more years of IT experience.
  • Must have ability to work with people under stressful conditions, be able to identify and recommend technology infrastructure solutions, and have good communication skills. At least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Two or more years of experience as a full-stack web developer using C#, ASP.NET, or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of experience with creating and maintaining NetSuite custom scripts and Advanced PDF templates using JavaScript, SuiteScript 2.x, or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of experience with supporting and maintaining NetSuite integrations via REST/SOAP or Celigo or Celigo-equivalent.
  • Three or more years of experience with creating and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows, saved searches and reporting, and general NetSuite application support.
