Their expertise helps companies maximize the value of their NetSuite investment.

What Is a NetSuite Developer?

Additional qualifications include an understanding of standard business practices, experience using NetSuite tools and similar products, and strong problem-solving skills. Voluntary certification is also available to demonstrate your competence as a NetSuite professional.

Netsuite Developers often encounter challenges when tailoring modules to fit unique business processes, particularly in balancing customization with system performance and maintainability. They must ensure that scripts, workflows, and integrations align with best practices to avoid conflicts during system upgrades or changes. Collaboration with business analysts and end-users is essential to accurately translate requirements into scalable solutions, while also managing expectations about what is feasible within the Netsuite platform. Staying updated with new features and limitations is also crucial to deliver effective and future-proof customizations.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) preferred

Additional Role Details

  • Territory includes Minnesota, Dakotas, and Western Wisconsin
  • Mix of relationship management, project-based sales, and new business development
  • Opportunity to earn a company vehicle once established in the role

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 depending on experience
