Job description

We have partnered with a family operated accounting and advisory firm in the Atlanta, GA area, (north Atlanta, close to Buckhead).


Our client CPA firm is looking for a Tax Senior Associate, and that handle a variety of tax prep and review for a variety of local area businesses, LLCs, Partnerships, Corporations, and other business and pass through entities.


Pay and Benefits:


  • Pay: $80,000- $120,000 (could be more commensurate with experience)
  • Prep and review tax returns for various entities, businesses, high net worth individuals, pass through entities, C-Corps, S-Corps, and Partnerships.
  • Enter this information into a variety of prep software programs like CCH, Pro System, and Ultra Tax
  • Ensure all business tax returns are filed in accordance with Firm guidelines as well as ensuring federal regulations are met
  • Work well with the partners


What you'll Have:


  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, stats, ( business administration or related field is also ok depending on overall experience).
  • CPA eligible, CPA license currently, or in progress is ideal, EA is also a plus. or working to obtain the EA
  • 3-5 years of solid tax prep and review experience in a local accounting environment, Big firm, regional firm, or equivalent firm doing daily tax prep and review work on multiple entities and VIP clients
  • Very proficient with various tax software programs, Thompson Reuters, Pro System, CCH, other tax software
  • Understanding of tax laws and ability to be in a fast paced tax environment to get work done efficiently
