Neo Security Inc

San Francisco, CA

Full-time

Job description

Neo Security is hiring an Enterprise Sales Representative to own new business acquisition across a book of large enterprise accounts, based out the SF Bay Area. You'll run full-cycle sales - from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close - selling to security, IT, and engineering leaders at organizations that need to modernize how they protect their environments. You'll partner closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to build pipeline and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

This role is ideal for a driven, consultative seller who has closed six- and seven-figure security or infrastructure software deals, is comfortable navigating technical buying committees, and wants to be a foundational rep on a growing enterprise sales team.

What You'll Do
  • Own and run full-cycle sales for a territory of enterprise/named accounts, from prospecting through close.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, working closely with SDRs and marketing-sourced leads, as well as self-sourced outbound.
  • Run discovery to understand prospects' security architecture, pain points, and buying process, and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver technical demos, proofs of concept, and security/technical evaluations.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees (security, IT, procurement, legal, executive sponsors) to drive deals to close.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in partnership with sales leadership and legal, and manage the procurement/security-review process common in enterprise cybersecurity deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
  • Represent Neo Security at regional events, conferences, and customer meetings across the SF Bay area and broader territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers post-sale to support renewals, expansion, and referenceability.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with at least 2+ years selling cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or another technical B2B SaaS product.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota, with experience closing six-figure-plus annual contract value deals.
  • Experience selling to security and/or IT buyers (CISOs, security engineers, IT/infrastructure leaders) and navigating technical evaluations.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills - able to diagnose a prospect's security posture and map it to a compelling business case.
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long-ish sales cycles typical of enterprise security purchases.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and standard sales tools (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to technical and executive audiences.
  • Based in or near the SF Bay Area, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule and travel regionally for customer and prospect meetings as needed.
Nice to Haves
  • Existing network or relationships with security/IT leaders in San Francisco, CA
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance) common in the SF Bay Area enterprise market.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) that come up in enterprise security evaluations.
  • Experience selling at an early-stage or high-growth startup, helping build a sales motion rather than just running an existing playbook.
  • Prior experience as an SDR/BDR before moving into a closing role, giving strong pipeline generation instincts.
  • A technical background (e.g., prior IT, security, or engineering role) that builds credibility with technical buyers.
