Project Manager - Electrical Permitting


Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager - to lead Telecommunications construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee wireless telecommunications, electrical system design, installation, and coordination on diverse construction sites. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate telecommunications construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans and other construction management tools to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Oversee electrical system design, schematic review, and blueprint reading to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, reviewing contracts and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work meets specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and team members to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.

Must Haves

  • MUST have Contractor Electrical License for North Carolina
  • Telecommunications Experience
