These roles can include event staff, ushers, ticket sales, merchandise associates, security, and operations support during games and events. Part-time positions are ideal for those seeking flexible schedules or looking to gain experience in the sports industry. Employees may work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during the basketball season. These jobs provide valuable exposure to professional sports environments and can sometimes lead to full-time opportunities.

Shift lengths and start times can vary based on the position, such as ushering, ticketing, or concessions, and may include split or rotating shifts. While some roles offer flexibility in scheduling, most require a commitment to being available for home games and major events.
