Overview
Team Lead Games supervises the daily operations of game booths, ensuring that team members provide excellent customer service and maintain a fun atmosphere. This role involves training and mentoring games team members, managing inventory, and handling guest inquiries and concerns. The Team Lead also ensures that all game areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support game team members in daily operations
  • Train line employees in efficient game operation and guest service
  • Encourage guests to participate and explain game rules
  • Handle transactions and prize distribution accurately
  • Maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere
  • Ensure game areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of game booths
  • Perform inventory checks and restock supplies as needed
  • Requisition stock and supplies as needed
  • Assist with weekly physical inventory of all stock items
  • Maintain displays and stock levels of assigned location
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Serve as a communication link between supervisors and game operators
  • Enforce all departmental and park policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including minor labor laws
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Provide assistance during special events and peak times
  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry and email functions
  • Assist with traffic direction and control in the park
