Job Description
Niles Bolton Associates (NBA) is a 140-person design firm providing architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and urban planning services from offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. Founded in 1975, NBA has completed projects in all 50 states and 16 countries and is currently ranked as the nation's #1 student housing design firm by Building Design + Construction. Our major markets include multifamily residential, higher education, hospitality, aviation, corporate, and retail.
NBA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Atlanta office. This role supports firm-wide marketing, communications, and business development efforts through content creation, social media management, collateral production, and upkeep of the firm's marketing information and resources. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn NBA's portfolio, practice areas, and capabilities. They are a strong communicator who enjoys storytelling, visual communication, and supporting a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives. Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for design, architecture, or creative communications are encouraged to apply.
  • Produce marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, qualifications packages, and proposal materials in alignment with NBA's brand standards.
  • Develop, manage, and schedule content for NBA's social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram), including copywriting, graphic creation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and marketing team members to develop project and staff stories for the website, social media, press releases, award submissions, and other marketing communications.
  • Maintain current and accurate marketing resources, including resumes, project sheets, presentation materials, brochures, CRM data (Vantagepoint), and digital asset libraries (OpenAsset).
  • Monitor websites, publications, and media sources for NBA news, project updates, and market intelligence.
  • Assist with website updates, photoshoot support, and image or video editing needs.
  • Attend and document Atlanta office events, internal activities, and other firm initiatives as needed.
  • Manage multiple parallel projects and deadlines while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Job Requirements
The Marketing Coordinator should be a proactive communicator, strong organizer, and dependable collaborator who can work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, journalism, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of professional experience. Relevant internships, student leadership roles, freelance work, and applicable coursework will also be considered. AEC industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar creative tools is preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated graphic design and visual communication skills, with experience developing graphically designed page layouts.
  • Photography and image/video editing experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, or other business development materials is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Deltek Vantagepoint), digital asset management systems (OpenAsset), or AI-enabled content creation, research, design, or productivity tools is a plus.
  • Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
