Position Overview: The part-time Partnership Marketing position will support the Global Partnership team with game day duties during Capitals and Wizards games, and special events.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global Partnership staff in the execution of game night duties and activations.
  • Capture and document quality photos of all in-game signage and activation.
  • Assist with set-up/breakdown and execution of any experiential activation.
  • Support the preparation for game-night activations.
  • Assist with staffing client receptions, pre-game hospitality, and other special events.
  • Manage signage inventory.
  • Opportunities to work non-game day special events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Passionate about working in the Sports and Global Partnership industry.
  • Experience and interest in photography is helpful.
  • Previous partnership/marketing/promotional/events experience.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize work and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Hard working, detail oriented, and results driven.
  • Strong communication skills, customer-service oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and on a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Requires prolonged standing; ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions for special events.
  • Flexibility to work most Mystics home games including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $18.40 - $18.40 USD/hour
