Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one counseling via video chat, providing emotional support and guidance to clients.
• Screen and assess clients before commencing therapy, ensuring services are provided to stable adults with low acuity levels.
• Encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings, helping them develop self-awareness and insight into their personal challenges.
• Evaluate clients for various emotional and mental disorders, such as grief, anxiety, and stress, utilizing evidence-based assessment methods.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and clinical knowledge, employing solution-focused strategies to promote effective interventions.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic results and enhance coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of emotionally struggling adults seeking professional support to navigate life challenges. By ensuring clients are carefully screened, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who are in a stable emotional state but may require guidance in managing stress, anxiety, grief, or relationship issues. Qualifications

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable.
• Strong computer literacy skills are essential to navigate the therapeutic platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience

Successful candidates will exhibit strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to therapy. The ability to make professional evaluations and treatment planning recommendations is crucial. Additionally, exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural empathetic disposition are key traits for building meaningful connections with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000 for full-time counselors, with part-time opportunities starting at USD 65,000 annually.
• Weekly direct deposit to ensure prompt payment for services rendered.
• A monthly healthcare stipend is available for full-time counselors to assist with personal health expenses.
