  • Enter and acknowledge customer orders, providing guidance on order changes, prices, and order status. You'll ensure accuracy and follow up on quote status, leaving no room for confusion.
  • Collaborate closely with our Branch teams, communicating new service requests and managing customer inquiries and concerns. Your excellent interpersonal skills will shine as you communicate with both internal departments and external business partners.
  • Maintain meticulous records by establishing and updating accurate customer master data, including contact information and equipment details. You'll be the go-to person for any customer-related data needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, whether it's through phone conversations or other electronic channels. Your ability to effectively address customer concerns and questions regarding service or billing will leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Demonstrate your proficiency in Microsoft systems, including Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel. Your tech-savviness will allow you to navigate these tools effortlessly.
  • Utilize your experience in 3rd Party CMMS Systems (Ecotrak, Service Channel, Corrigo, Fexa) to efficiently manage service orders and enhance productivity.
