How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the end-to-end physician resident recruitment process, expertly managing application screening, interview coordination, and rank list submission to secure the program's next generation of top medical talent.
  • Maintain all essential program documentation, including personnel, curriculum, and accreditation records, to ensure continuous program compliance with all governing bodies and uphold integrity.
  • Coordinate the daily flow of the residency program, including scheduling rotations, lectures, and evaluations, to ensure a seamless and productive learning environment for residents and faculty.
  • Organize high-impact special events, educational functions, and key recruitment activities that enhance the program's reputation and foster a strong, supportive, and collaborative culture.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
