What is a National Account Project Manager?

A National Account Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects for large, high-value clients, often at a national or multi-regional level. They serve as the main point of contact between the company and key accounts, ensuring that client needs are met while projects are delivered on time and within budget. Their role typically involves project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership. By effectively managing these relationships and projects, they help drive client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
