Job description

Position Title:

Federal Government Program Coordinator (NASA SEWP)

Position Overview

Golden Star Technology (GST) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SEWP Program Coordinator to support and manage daily operations of our NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle. This role serves as the central point of coordination for SEWP-related opportunities, ensuring quote requests are processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate combines government contracting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and inside sales experience. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and support the sales team in winning business through the SEWP contract vehicle.


Primary Responsibilities

SEWP Contract Administration

  • Serve as the internal owner of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract
  • Review incoming RFQs and determine required actions
  • Monitor SEWP portals and contract communications
  • Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP ordering requirements
  • Maintain contract documentation
  • Coordinate modifications and administrative updates
  • Stay current on SEWP policies and procedures

Quote Management

  • Review customer RFQs for completeness
  • Coordinate pricing with manufacturers and distributors
  • Request vendor quotes and validate accuracy
  • Prepare customer quotations
  • Verify product availability and lead times
  • Review margins and pricing before submission
  • Ensure quotes meet customer deadlines

Sales Support

  • Partner with Federal Account Executives
  • Assist with product selection
  • Coordinate engineering resources when required
  • Prepare proposal documentation
  • Track quote status
  • Follow up with vendors on outstanding pricing
  • Assist with order processing after award

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Procurement

Reporting

Maintain reporting including:

  • 3+ years inside sales, contracts, or proposal experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Close attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
  • Experience working with OEMs and distributors
  • Customer service mindset

Preferred:

  • Experience with NASA SEWP
  • Government contracting experience
  • GSA Schedule experience
  • Public sector IT sales
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • ERP experience
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, or AV solutions
