Position Overview:
FedSync is seeking qualified Administrative Support Level III to provide comprehensive administrative support for NASA. The ideal candidates will work closely with supervisors and staff, handling a variety of clerical and office tasks independently, with minimal supervision. Proficiency in office software and a strong understanding of office routines, organization, and procedures are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone services and appointment scheduling
  • Assist visitors and handle visitor services
  • Coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and book conference rooms
  • Distribute information and manage internal communications
  • Order office supplies and handle copying, faxing, and graphics requests
  • Manage records and data, ensuring accurate tracking and filing
  • Assist with desktop processing and correspondence tracking
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and time/labor collection
  • Provide support for property management and office moves
  • Assist with training coordination, information services, and special events
Qualifications:
Education:
  • High School Diploma required
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of office experience
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing 20+ lbs
  • Prior experience with NASA or related contracts preferred; active NASA badge is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must pass regular background checks and drug screenings
