Job description

About Nas.com

Nas.com is building Shopify for the AI era, a platform that helps solopreneurs build, sell, and scale products globally.

We grew revenue 5x last year, and we're just getting started.

We've raised a $27M Series A led by Vinod Khosla (first investor in OpenAI, DoorDash, Stripe), with backing from Tim Ferriss, Stanley Tang (DoorDash co-founder), and Shuo Wang (Deel co-founder).

We're riding a massive tailwind: 150M+ solopreneurs globally, with AI accelerating the shift. In the US alone, 500K+ new businesses are created every month.

Our unfair advantage: we're founded by Nuseir Yassin (Nas Daily), who built 70M followers and $50M+ in revenue by deeply understanding how to engage and mobilize audiences.

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Community to build and scale our global seller ecosystem.

This is not a traditional community role, it's a hybrid role across community, education, and growth.

Community and education are core growth and retention engines at Nas.com. The best sellers don't just use the product, they grow faster because they're part of an ecosystem that pushes them forward.

We've already proven this works.

Now we need someone to take it from 1 10.

This is a hybrid role across community, education, and growth. You are effectively the GM of our seller ecosystem, responsible for turning the community into a key driver of retention, expansion, and product direction.

You will report directly to the COO and work closely with product and growth teams.

What You'll Own

You'll own three core pillars:

1. Community Growth & Engagement
  • Grow and activate our global seller community (20,000+)
  • Increase engagement, participation, and retention
  • Turn passive users into active builders who show up consistently
2. Education (AI Business School)
  • Own and scale AI Business School, our flagship daily live program on AI-driven growth
  • Turn it into the default place sellers go to learn how to grow with AI
  • Drive consistent attendance, engagement, and real business outcomes
3. Ecosystem (Experts + Power Users)
  • Build and scale the Nas Experts program (our version of Shopify Experts)
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate a global network of consultants
  • Identify and activate top sellers and power users as community leaders
What Success Looks Like
  • Sellers show up every week, not occasionally
  • Programs consistently drive action, not just attendance
  • Top sellers actively credit the community for their growth
  • The Experts program becomes a trusted extension of the platform
  • Community becomes a clear driver of retention and expansion
Your First 90 Days Might Look Like
  • Launching a flagship weekly event that becomes a habit for sellers
  • Building a tight feedback loop between top sellers and the product team
  • Restructuring and upgrading the Experts program
  • Scaling AI Business School into a must-attend daily experience
  • Identifying and activating your first cohort of power users
Who You Are
  • A builder first, you start, test, execute, then scale
  • Deeply fluent in e-commerce (you understand how sellers think and grow)
  • Ideally, you've built or run an online business yourself
  • You've created things people actually showed up for (communities, events, content)
  • Strong operator across cultures and geographies
  • Instinctive copywriter and clear communicator
  • Comfortable making decisions quickly with imperfect information
What We're Not Looking For
  • Someone who needs a roadmap handed to them
  • Someone who only coordinates instead of creating
  • Someone who delegates without understanding the details
  • Someone who moves slowly or waits for perfect information
Why This Role Is Different

Most community roles focus on engagement.

This role is about turning community and education into a core growth engine for the business.

You are not managing a community.
You are building a critical part of the company.

How to Apply (Optional)

If this excites you, we'd love to see how you think:

  • 3 community programs you would launch in your first month
  • 1 idea for AI Business School that would get 1,000 sellers to show up
