Here's how a(n) Nas Production Coordinator for our Nassal office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities
  • Reviews the scope to be performed with the respective department head(s) to ensure an understanding of the scope and to validate the budget provided and the timeline requested for completion.
  • Provides the department head(s) with a sequenced two-week lookahead for all active work orders in their respective department(s).
  • Determines trackable production units for the specific scope of work to be performed.
  • Transmits scope-related questions requiring clarification to the project teams via RFI’s. 
  • Identifies potential risks on project scopes and/or the project.
  • Populates and maintains an up-to-date P6 schedule and transmits these to the prospective projects on a weekly basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of fabrication drawings and specifications, project health, safety and environment (HSE), quality, and required standards as per discipline.
  • Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Basic understanding of project schedules and ability to identify the critical path.
  • Awareness of cost and change management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to update and Maintain Oracle Primavera P6 to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with Nassal goals/deliverables.
