Nairobi Integrated Services, LLC

Nairobi Integrated Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor and Outpatient Therapist. This position provides an exciting opportunity to assist with clinical leadership, staff development, program growth, and the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.

The selected candidate will provide outpatient counseling services while assisting leadership with clinical oversight, quality assurance, compliance activities, staff supervision, and program development. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician, mentor, and leader who is passionate about supporting staff and ensuring the delivery of ethical, person-centered, and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff.
  • Provide outpatient mental health and substance use counseling services.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
  • Review clinical documentation for quality assurance and compliance.
  • Assist leadership with oversight of clinical operations and service delivery.
  • Support compliance with DBHDS, Medicaid, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Assist with staff onboarding, training, and professional development.
  • Support program development and service expansion initiatives.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning activities.
  • Assist with monitoring service quality, client outcomes, and clinical best practices.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Active Virginia LPC license required.
  • Clinical supervision experience preferred.
  • Experience providing outpatient therapy services.
  • Experience working with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Knowledge of Virginia behavioral health regulations, DBHDS requirements, and Medicaid documentation standards preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Credentials

Preference will be given to candidates who possess additional credentials, including:

  • Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)
  • Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP)
  • Approved Clinical Supervisor status
  • Experience supervising Residents in Counseling, CSAC Supervisees, or other behavioral health professionals

Compensation

  • Comprehensive Intake/Biopsychosocial Assessment: $175 per completed assessment
  • Individual Therapy Session: $75 per completed session

  • Group Counseling Services: Compensation based on group attendance and billing structure
