Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Education Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls
  • Identify the nature of the call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT OF UTAH. We cannot consider anyone outside of Utah.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred. We have protocols for those aged 14 to 17.
  • Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills and understanding of active listening techniques mandatory
  • Strong command and understanding of the English language and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
